Burn 100 Calories in Just 10 Minutes

Now that it’s the middle of January, are you starting to come up with more excuses when it comes to not having any time to exercise? If you are too busy at work and don’t have any time to hit the gym, we have something for you to try out. Here’s the no excuses workout where you can burn up to 100 calories in just 10 minutes!

  1. Run a flight of stairs at full speed. Once you reach the top of the stairs (make sure it’s safe to do so), then do 5 burpees.
  2. Run back down the stairs and repeat.

If you aren’t ready for an intense run, you can always walk briskly up the flight of stairs and try 10 jumping jacks at the top of the stairs. Make sure to stretch and don’t overextend yourself. Once you get the hang of it, this workout will become easier and you can add more challenging aspects to it.run-1270806_640
